Director Brent McDonald is a Sunshine Coast building and design consultant with a background in the financial sector and an innate understanding of the property market. He’s been helping clients design and build their dream homes on the Sunshine Coast since 2009.
Working in the Sunshine Coast building industry, Brent recognised a need in the market that he could fulfill through his own bespoke property business specialising in land sales, home design and building. After watching people struggle to adapt their house plans and lifestyle dreams to fit the size and shape of a building company’s structured design box, he began thinking of a fresh approach.
Being a qualified real estate agent with links and relationships to developers and land agents, coupled with an extensive local knowledge, Brent already knew he could find the right land at the right price for his clients. His financial background could link them to financial planners and brokers if they needed to secure and structure funding. By adding his home design and planning expertise and a network of Sunshine Coast builders to the mix, he had a unique Sunshine Coast home design and build alternative. MyHomeSolution officially launched in 2014 as a family owned and operated company with a growing team.
